Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026 · Applies to the NomiKit iOS app and nomikit.com
NomiKit is a collectible toy game made by Hyperblob. The short version: the app has no accounts, your collection lives on your device, and the only data that leaves it is what's needed to process purchases and show ads — handled by the partners below, never sold by us.
What stays on your device
Your save file — coins, boxes, collection, settings — is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to us. We run no servers and cannot see your collection. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. To deliver purchases and subscriptions reliably, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives your purchase history tied to a random anonymous identifier — not your name, email, or Apple ID. We use this to restore your subscription and to understand sales in aggregate.
Ads
Free daily gifts are supported by optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may process device information such as IP address (coarse location), device identifiers, and ad interaction data. Personalized ads use your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; decline it and ads are contextual instead. In regions that require it (such as the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), a consent form is shown before any ad request, and you can change your choice at any time from the app's settings.
Analytics
The app uses PostHog to understand how the game is played — events like a box being opened or a screen being visited, tied to a random identifier rather than your identity. Purchase events are forwarded there too (product and price, never payment details). We use this to make the game better, not to profile you.
Children
NomiKit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
- Allow or revoke ad tracking anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Change your ad consent choices from the app's settings (where required by your region).
- Manage or cancel the Pro subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Delete the app to remove all local data. To ask for deletion of the anonymous purchase records held by RevenueCat, email us and we'll pass the request through.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
